For the summer, our group will be listening to a podcast and be meeting to discuss the topic. We will plan to move back into a book study in the fall-while we do love learning about parenting with a biblical worldview, we may pivot based on the community that comes consistently. When: June 6th; 12 PM with a hard 12:15 PM hike start time

We will meet at my (Alyska’s) house and leave from there for a 3-3.5ish mile out and back hike into Chestnut Mountain Park. It is not a hard hike and shaded just about all the way. We will have an opportunity half way through to stop, take a break, eat a snack, and hang out before we head back! This is a kid friendly event but please keep in mind your child’s capacity to walk/hike this distance and terrain.

It is wise to wear appropriate shoes as we will be on trails with rocks, sticks/roots, etc. However, it is not technical where I often hike in my rainboots 😛
