The Well stands on the Bible as the inerrant Word of God, a literal instruction book for how to conduct our lives with godliness both at home and in the church assembly. To that end, we have structured our church leadership to align as closely as possible with what we see in God’s Law.

We are an elder-led, volunteer-driven church. We are governed, ultimately, by Christ Himself, the head of the global Church. Under His headship, the congregation of the Well is shepherded spiritually by a plurality of elders and served physically by an assembly of deacons.
